    Worst Customer Services Ever - Will not refund my money!


    Hi Everyone,

    I recently let my auto renew tick over (I know, I should have checked), and the payment was taken from my paypal.

    Despite speaking to customer support on 5 seperare occasions, the “refund” had still not been refunded to my paypal, and customer support rate so terrible, they cannot seem to understand the predicament I am in.

    They have said that I haven’t paid, they have said the refund has been processed, and I even had one support agent tell me he just just processed the payment, to then be told, sorry, that was meant for someone else. I’m at the end of my rope - yet, I still
    have a cancelled Xbox live and EA subscription, and no refund after 2 weeks.

    I’m reaching out to see if there’s any escalation paths I can take? I’ve spoken to a so called supervisor who couldn’t help at all, and I need some resolution to this as I’m currently £60 out of pocket.

    My most recent Service Ticket 1407706639 had me sat chatting for over 2 hours...yet nothing at all has come of it, despite numerous promises they would update me.

    So kindly, does anyone have any tips?

    I agree. Why should you ban someone for a blue avatar?

    There need to be rules in what kind of modding you do/did.

    For example, this modding is not very dangerous and you do not harm any other profiles/ Xbox live Players, but another thing is modding in games, level hacking etc. I suggest they need to ease the rules in the extent that people modding.

    Service ticket numbers cannot be used here, as nobody on the forum has access to the customer records for reference. There are no "escalation paths" to be found here.

    It is best to keep contacting Xbox Support via phone or chat:

    Next time, if you don't want to auto-renew, go and cancel the subscription. It won't immediately halt your service, but rather allow the subscription to run its course (for however long
    you've prepaid for) until it expires.

  5. You can check the status of your refund in your purchase history by signing in at commerce.microsoft.com it will show your order history there and if anything was refunded it would show a status of refunded.

    If it was processed through a xbox support representative then normally it takes 72 hours to process through Xboxes system then it would be up to your bank/paypal to put it back into your account.

    From experience if it was done through paypal it could take them up to 30 days to put it back into your account.

    If you see that it was refunded on the Microsoft website then you would have to talk to paypal to see about the refund at this point it would have been processed through Microsoft and it would be out of their hands.

    You can check the status of your refund in your purchase history by signing in at commerce.microsoft.com it will show your order history there and if anything was refunded it would show a status of refunded.

    Hi TheSupertramp,

    Sorry you've had some bad luck with your consoles. Did you get your issues resolved ultimately? I just as because this is a support forum, and posts here should be for support issues. If it was a power block, or is a power block you can request one for MUCH
    cheaper than the 125.00 out of warranty replacement price. Also if you're concerned about the warranty period I would purchase the Complete Care should you ever run into issues again. That way for 3 years you're all covered.

    With the incorrect advice I would suggest relaying this story to one of the supervisors at customer service. You can

    Check your spam folder as sometimes they do email you or private msg on forums

    If Its got denied you need to reword Its

    The suspension forums isnt not forums debate only for inquiry

    You can say why was my account (name ) suspended

    Thats Its

    If the xbl pet team had a phone you could call everyone would be calling them and they wouldnt be able to answer you anywyways becuase the line would be too busy with everyone harrassing them and calling them multiple times to get a suspension reversed

    Online forums is the most frequently used method for enforcement questions on most servers for thats reasons
