    Since yesterday I can not log into my account. I have tried talking to your support staff. I either get hung up on and always being told to **** off by your staff. I have waited on hold for a total of 4 hours in last 2 days because your system is crap and
    has been down. I pay for gold and I pay for 365 days of service I am not receiving this at all. It is fraud, plain and simple. I pay for access to my games and you block those attempts. Any attempt at talking to your idiotic staff has resulted in them always
    hanging up on me. I have no less 68 games which I have paid for and now have no means of accessing them. You would think that a customer that has an issue could get some type of help instead they hang up on you when you ask a simple question. I spent thousands
    on these games and have no means in using any of them. I want a refund for my games and my xbox live account for what I have left. I will be switching over to PlayStation as I never seem to have any problems with that system. Your service sucks, and any attempt
    at finding out how to fix it results in a dial tone because your staff are idiots and can not answer why It says my account can not be found. I am sure you will say well that is why they are hanging up on you. No I have been nothing but nice, just asking when
    will I get to play the games I pay for, and why is it saying my account does not exist. Completely worthless customer support, and fraud. They need to pass laws regulating this stuff.

    Worst Customer Service...

    I'm on the phone with them right now, they sent me a messed up Xbox with a disk failure. The rep cannot understand my email or gamertag, heck she can't even tell that the new serial number of the Xbox is already there.

    Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with customer support but not sure if you were looking for assistance or just venting about your experience. If you would like to leave feedback about your experience it would be better suited for the Xbox

    Worst customer service

    It's not fraud.Every online service has it's problems once in a while,including xbox live.

    It tells you in the ToU/CoC that if the system has issues you will not be compensated & you certainly wont get a refund for your games.

    PSN is down a lot more than xbox live actually.

    A quick look here
    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status
    would tell you there's a service alert up or you could of looked in the network settings on your console.

    As long as your console is your home xbox then just put it in offline mode & play your games while not connected to live.

    The issue with you is not remembering a email and password which link your account to everything you cannot blame microsoft for those reasons I own both ps4 and xbox one and psn is down more often and have many more lag issues then xbox. Plus the way you
    are typing here shows that they prolly had no option but to hang up for not complying to what the options are for account recovery.

    Additionally, your first step when you cannot access games you have purchased on your account, or cannot sign in to the service, should be our
    Service Status page. If there's an issue reported, it will be there. If that confirms an issue for you, set your console into

    Offline Mode
    , like Daft has suggested, to keep playing your games while the service is being recovered.

    This thread will be locked due to it relating to a couple outages we have had this week. Screwchris2wall, if you continue having issues with your games not related to a service issue, please post up a new thread so that our community can work on helping
    you out.

    I appreciate everyone's understanding. Worst customer service :)

    Totally agree mate, Microsoft customer service totally sucks. I will be moving over to the PS4 asap as the console is more powerful and cheaper, plus there customer service is a lot better. Probably why PS4 out sold Xbox 1 in the UK by over 116,000. Enough
