    Worst customer service I've ever experienced


    Last December I signed up for one month of Xbox Live Gold. In early January I lost my wallet and had to cancel my credit card. I didn't remember to cancel my auto renew until a month after that so they charged my cancelled credit card twice. I want to get
    back on Live but it says pending charges will still come out once I add a new card. The first time I called Support they said the issue was resolved, but the pending charges are still there so I had to call a second time, but this time they fought with me,
    saying there was nothing they could do because of what the policy says. I told them I simply won't join if I have to pay for something I didn't use but they didn't care and even accused me of lying saying there was activity regarding online purchases for Skyrim
    (that was literally a year old). So, they're not getting those pending charges paid because I'm not adding a new card, they're losing money because I'm not going to rejoin and they're losing a customer to Sony. All because they are so strict on their policy
    they would rather try to squeeze me for for $24 for something that I never got to use, instead of letting me rejoin and potentially making hundreds or thousands more off me in the future.

    I'm usually patient but this is getting ridiculous. What must I do to get a response? Nearly 5 days since I posted and I continue seeing other people get help for posts made today while I get zero service for a post made almost a week ago. This is the worst

  3. Xbox stole my money!

    i can't get my rewards to go threw and i was charged based on them being my account and now i cant get my money back in my bank account i talked to numerous who couldn't seem to help me because the transaction "never" took place this is the worst customer
    service I've ever experienced

    Hi there, sorry, but all billing issues need to go through phone support, no one here can help with that:

    Maybe explain that you wont use the service unless that's cleared, I know some businesses would rather cancel a debt to continue to get your money than not get it at all.

  5. Hey there, Mazroon! I'm very sorry to see about any issues with payments and getting it taken care of! After a couple months, our system will write off whatever you owe us. At that time, you will not be able to use the card that the charges were on (since
    it was lost, this doesn't matter much to you). Once this happens, you should be able to add a new card and make new purchases without the past charges coming back.

    Hello again, really your situation is unusual especially when it comes to controls in Europe, I even send my 3x control for repair and never had problems.

    However in cases like this only support can give you some guidance, that's why they have access to your account and the information of what happened to your control and your compensation.

    I've found no other number to call or option to contact Microsoft on this issue. I you have such contact info I would love to hear it.

    The people I talked to didn't say anything about having contacted the wrong department, if so they could have just transferred my call to the proper dept. but instead I was just put on hold.

    Hello again, If you wish to request a refund for a digital product, just follow the steps below.

    You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for the refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

    There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

    This could take up to 72 hours.
