    worst customer service in the world after 2k and my xboxone still isnt working after like 4 hrs


    system error: E105 00000000 8007045D at first it stated knocking me out of online games ruining my record..then during offline 2k games..then now I cant even watch youtube or apen an app or any other game...and finally now it wont go past green start up
    menu..this is my 5th xboxone and of course my warranty just passed and I'm stuck with another $400 paperweight...this is ridiculous and this is the worst customer service help besides 2k games and Steinberg....IN THE WORLD.. how can a tech giant be so un
    savy when it comes to customer service for your expensive glitch filled products... starting to think ive been buying my games on the wrong system...wheres my help I only had 2k a week and cant play do to this paperweight you sold me for the 5th time and it
    only did this after your update I accepted 3 days ago..which also forced me out of an online game giving me a loss...where is the support?????? why would I be forced to post on here for help..why is a multi billion dollar company to cheap to have video chat
    or a land line to properly give product support??? makes no sense at all.. I even had an error that said something went wrong but try again and it should work???? are you kidding me right now????? I cant play until you guys reply and tell me how to get back
    into my system

    after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

    Kinect has stopped working

    Gave up on hold after almost 2 hrs. Not exactly awe inspiring customer service.

    MaximumExtreme - You've obviously never dealt with their customer service on any serious level. I just moved and after a month, 7-8 phone calls, 1 service appointment, and at least 8 hours of my life wasted, they still can't get my cablecard working properly.
    Practically every time I've called them in the past, they've *** something up. They are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

    Sounds like a resolution thing to me too. Try resetting by holding power and eject button on console.
