    i called Xbox today about a malfunctioning game, after several steps I was connected with a supervisor to explain my displeasure at the lack of solutions and service. He was horrible. Rude, condescending he just did not know how to speak to a customer. He
    put down what I had to say and really just irritated me when all I wanted was a solution. Something, anything! Sorry you don't have access to your game, our bad, here's what were gonna do since you have a legitimate complaint about not having access to the
    software you paid for. And now he is lost to the ether because it is impossible to file a complaint with Xbox about a particular service agent. Xbox does not care that you were berated over the phone. When I tried, the next supervisor told me. "There is nothing
    I can do here, he's in another location". So... Who cares? Is my complaint less legitimate? Over this Xbox, I fear we might be done. I feel as though you have taken my money and stolen my time. No solution is forth coming and that horrible horrible man gets
    to keep harrassinc other customers and getting paid for it.

    Congratulations xbox, I supported you for over 3 years on this gamer tag alone, but if I will not be heard, I refuse to purchase your products.

    Frankly, if I hadn't invested so much in my Xbox, I'd have already sold it and moved on.

    I've got too much tied to it and can't afford otherwise.

    I completely understand and agre with you.

    PS. Xbox live is the WORST service of the 3. Don't kid yourself Toxic Raven.

    I have all three consoles. I've played all three online and used the bulk of the services that each offer. I've been a gamer since 1977 so I've been through every console generation. I've seen the industry grow by leaps and bounds with every "next gen". I was
    an original GAP member with the Playstation and a frequent contributor on the old NSider Nintendo boards. Xbox Live was the first service to get it right and it kept getting better with each iteration. Nothing is perfect but after using the services of all
    three I am more than happy with Xbox Live and will continue being a member.

    That doesn't sound right at all!

    Let's get this resolved for you, you should not have to experience anything like that.

    Firstly, the issue with your game, could you please explain that? Let's try and resolve that.

    And secondly, regarding complaining about a particular agent, this *is* possible. Calls are recorded for a reason, this being one of them.

    All calls (and chats) are regularly reviewed by a team at Microsoft for quality assurance and any discplinary actions necessary are put in place.

    However - if you do wish to complain directly, you can do this, too. You will need to phone up and ask for the local Microsoft HQ for your country in order to mail in a complaint' they should then provide you with an address that you can send a letter to.
    You usually receive a response within 28 days, although it can take longer.

    Now, if the original communication was done over a live-chat, you would have been able to ask for a manager to review the chat and investigate it- however, as you didn't use live-chat, this doesn't apply, as they cannot review call logs I'm afraid.

    Not much people here can do but you should call them back and keep asking to speak to a supervisor. They will try to avoid doing that so they will most likely help you put then but if not keep asking to speak to their supervisor and eventually they have
    you you through.

    Thats the best advice I've got for you, hope it works you for you.

    Like any company or corporation there is always a chain of command so to say, If you feel that your needs are not being met at that lvl you can always go to the next lvl above that one. Sometimes you might run into a situation were you are not being transfered
    to the supervisor or the individual you are speaking with or are being told that that is not possible, Do not frett just keep well documented copies of your conversations, be sure to include names, dates, and as much detail as to what was said. Sometimes you
    may have to skip a few steps and go over some heads to get somewhere with your issue. But I believe that Microsoft takes pride in there service, and care about the experiences of all their customers. So if it takes going strait to the top so be it you may
    not see imediate results but your issue will be taken care of in time and i would almost bet that you would be compensated for your troubles and your time spent trying to resolve your issue.
