    So today my live subscription ran out and I couldn't get it to renew for some reason so I decide to try xbox support for some help always had amazing service in the past.So i give the online live chat a whirl and got connected in under a minute. The girl/guy
    i got was almost no help and really could solve my issue her only answer for me was try again in a few hours. And all i could really think to say was " ok so there's no way i can play xbox today with my dad on fathers day?" Her response was "oh im sorry for
    that, but dont you think its the best time to have an actual bonding with him like going out and having dinner?" And then boom end chat, well Kaela (representatives name) if i could i would but you see my dad got hurt and has been disabled now for a few years
    we use to love dirtbiking, quads, and all other manor of sports. But when he got hurt my brother and i bought him an xbox so he could still do something with us, and you know what he loves it and has become quite good and its the only thing he wanted to do
    with the two of us since my brother and his wife live 4 hours away with their 3 kids, and i myself live 3 hours away with my girlfriend. So you see this to us is real bonding and is something he can do that causes him no pain. Also when trying to talk to a
    supervisor after this i got hung up on, transfered then hun up on, and an email that was absolutely no help. Ive got a screenshot of the convo and would really like to know how i can share that on here as well as just express my absolute disgust with the audacity
    of this person. And i also can't believe how lightly the people at xbox took this when i called in.

    I agree. Why should you ban someone for a blue avatar?

    There need to be rules in what kind of modding you do/did.

    For example, this modding is not very dangerous and you do not harm any other profiles/ Xbox live Players, but another thing is modding in games, level hacking etc. I suggest they need to ease the rules in the extent that people modding.

    Check your spam folder as sometimes they do email you or private msg on forums

    If Its got denied you need to reword Its

    The suspension forums isnt not forums debate only for inquiry

    You can say why was my account (name ) suspended

    Thats Its

    If the xbl pet team had a phone you could call everyone would be calling them and they wouldnt be able to answer you anywyways becuase the line would be too busy with everyone harrassing them and calling them multiple times to get a suspension reversed

    Online forums is the most frequently used method for enforcement questions on most servers for thats reasons

    So your complaint isn't about your xbox.Its about xbox not knowing and understanding your relationship with your family during customer service? That the weirdest compliant about xbox I have ever heard.How does that even make sense.

    My complaint is about the service, and the fact that i still cant get live. How does that not make sense? Getting hung up on is a valid complaint, someone interjecting their opinion of what i should do on fathers day isn't right in any customer service environment.
    I fail to see how my complaint is weird just because its not about my xbox? Terrible customer service is a completely valid reason to complain.

  8. I always call in now as online chat support is a waste - 1 reason is you can't always follow the "Do this, now that, oh sorry, but you'll have to wait a few hours and try again."

    When you call in it's personal, and you can take the cell phone with them holding all the way to the store and let them (Xbox Support) explain to Wallmart that the 12 month live card you purchased there wasn't any good.

    Can't do that with chat support!

    Yes, I did just that, not with just one live card, but with 2 in fact within hours of purchase.

    Question: This was posted on the 21st of June, and today is June 23rd, and you're still showing Silver. So why exactly can't you get XBL:Gold?

    Hi TheSupertramp,

    Sorry you've had some bad luck with your consoles. Did you get your issues resolved ultimately? I just as because this is a support forum, and posts here should be for support issues. If it was a power block, or is a power block you can request one for MUCH
    cheaper than the 125.00 out of warranty replacement price. Also if you're concerned about the warranty period I would purchase the Complete Care should you ever run into issues again. That way for 3 years you're all covered.

    With the incorrect advice I would suggest relaying this story to one of the supervisors at customer service. You can

    cause your avatar skin is blue, that is why you were banned changing avatar skin colors to anything outside of default selections is grounds for perm ban from live. and when you are perm banned you forfeit any remaining MS points, Live gold and any and
    all DLC, as long as you do not delete them you should still be able to play any games or add on content, but you will never be able to download it again on the banned account. I am sure that the PET in the suspension forum will say you were banned for the
    avatar skin modding.
