    i can't believe i had xbox 360 in 5 years and now it's getting ****, worst console of 2018 with all hackers and mods. I can't even enjoy a Bo2 game without getting mad, angry and begin talking **** on people. I was thinking to switch to ps4, because all
    hackers made it impossible to enjoy a fkn game !!!!!

    I think in My opinion xbox one has gone downhill who the **** makes such a chappy console support is the worst sort of support anyone could have its hirendous. I was banned on my account from the 3rd of August to the 23rd of August witch I accepted and waited
    used my money to pay for another month of xbox live cause Microsoft are ****, I still am unable to join parties, message, or do anything like download on games with gold try to contact them and it will never let me contact anyone from Microsoft support to
    find the problem Microsoft can **** off.

    Power cycles, NAT settings set to open, no firewalls, no security blocks, etc. Friends have done the same, seen the NAT settings at their home as well. Re-logging into account before using apps, not auto-logging in at start. Have tried joining party from
    voice command, friends list join-party, invited by friend, etc.

    Get out of the mindset that there's some other "troubleshooting" to be done. The fact is that we should not have to deal with these ridiculous measures just to get the next-gen console to function at a level less than acceptable. It's not us customers, it's
    Xbox, it's Microsoft; quit living in denial and accept the blame that the console is garbage.

    Until Microsoft accepts the responsibility for the atrocity of the Xbox One, they're no better than EA Games.
