The console does not start even after using different power supply. Was trying to contact the customer support since the last 3 months but was unable to achieve it and when finally I spoke to someone he said we don't provide service to products which are
out of warranty. Also they do not have any service center in Mumbai, India. Also I was told to call them after 1 month to see he can help me then. What nonsense...

    :)

Hi, after a service repair the Xbox comes with a 90 day warranty, if all else fails please hurry and request the Xbox be looked at again.

What is my warranty after my console or Kinect is serviced?

We provide a post-service warranty. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in warranty or out of warranty:

•In-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

•Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced outside of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced product has a 90-day warranty.

Worst console of all time.. No service provided to out of warranty product..

    Not true.

They will repair your console out of warranty but you do have to pay & it's not cheap.

In my experience even though they do "repair it" the chances are it will break again after a few months.

Not every city/country has a repair centre.Im in the U.K. & we have to send consoles to Germany to be serviced.

I would contact them again if you want to pay for a repair but in all honesty you would be better off buying a new console as it isn't much more expensive than paying for a repair & you would have a years warranty plus a newer made console.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

Here on the Xbox Forums, any talk of self-repair is discouraged as it goes against the

    Xbox Forums Guidelines
    .

Thus I am unable to provide any feedback on the item that you are inquiring about.

If your console is still in warranty, you can always
create a Service Order for the device
, however, if it is not, you would be unable to get it repaired via the Service Center as the Xbox 360 is no longer in production and is no longer serviced out of warranty.

    Why is this console [REMOVED]

Hi, contact support again please, the E64 error indicates a repair is required. If you only had the console back from repair for two weeks and this happens I would imagine it would be a free repair as all official repairs carry a 90 day warranty.
