Worst company to deal with MICROSOFT

After dropping the kids x box one and breaking it on the floor, I thought I'd give the Microsoft team a call who explained I would be charged in advance for the repair and I would receive a shipping label to send it back.after 1 month with no shipping label
arriving I called them again and they emailed the label over whilst I was on the phone to them (why was this not done the first time) anyway I sent off the console and received an e mail 3 days later saying my xbox had been received an a replacement had been
sent back to me. Brilliant I thought so off to the shops I went and bought 2 new games for my little boys birthday!!!!!! Well it finally turned up but to my surprise they'd sent me the broken one back saying they won't fix it as there are signs of tampering
as the front of the console had come off (We already new this as it was explained on the initial phone call) and we new it wasn't covered by warrantee so that's why I PAID FOR THE REPAIR and now 3 MONTHS LATER no refund,no xbox and 1 frustrated son who can't
play with his presants as Microsoft have promised to call me back on 14 seperate occasions but have some how forgot EVERY TIME what a disgusting service once I finally get it sorted I hope I never have to deal with these people again..... Has anyone else had
problems similer please let me know

Honestly they are the worst company to deal with regarding customer issues, mine went on for a few months and in the end I recieved about 3 controllers, a years xbox live, 2 headsets and a couple of games. It was an absolute nightmare!!!

Fabulous console but dire support..

 

What doesn't make sense here is that you dropped and broke your XBox ONE and went to microsoft to get a new one instead of a shop.

Have them refund this charge and go buy one.

 

A better option would be to claim the machine on your house insurance, of course it depends on what your minimum claim limit is, a refund for your non repair should have been processed by now though.

Of course. It's a great game.

You shouldn't have balked.

 

Why would you want to move the xbox. When i got mine i made space for it and its never moved after 7 months.

 

Titanfall was average at best, the game was over hyped and it failed to deliver...

I have spent around about 15 hours on it...

So i gave it a fair chance.

 

Because of the petty 'My console is better than your's' posts Don.

And that its a nightmare to navigate.........

 

Go to any gaming forum and you will get Console war posts...

It's a part of gaming culture to argue about such things.
