Worst Christmas Ever... :'(

I had to send in my X1 dayone in right out of the box. Very heart broken. And im in my 30's. Can only imagine the disappointment your kid had. I am already having problems with my replacement X1 too. I haven't done any marathon gaming on it either. Sucks
to think what else is going to go wrong with it. I think they should extend there warranty. It sucks we have to pay for that extended warranty. Its not our fault there hardware doesn't work. All I want is a Xbox that works properly and wont take a crap on
me the lifetime of its generation. We should get what we pay for. Thanks again MS. Be expecting my call again soon.

Regardless of console so expect to rethrn the ps4 you csn play bc titltes but you MUST download the patch per game

Unlike the ps4 whwre you must pay to rent your bc titles and its nowhwre as close to xboxes extensive bc library

Xbox has over 500 titles ps now is onky 129

Internet is a must

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. The Xbox one does in fact require an internet connection for the initial set up of the console. On the bottom of the box " Broadband internet, a Microsoft account, and an Xbox live account are required for initial
online setup..."

Afterwards, you can set your console to offline mode and play the games that are installed. You can even install disc games while offline although, some games require an update to launch.

things when there is problems with it, they should fix the problems and then put them on the market! I am not a materialistic person and neither is my son! Christmas is once a year and when you have saved and done all you can to get one thing that your child
wants it is very upsetting when said item does not work. The fact that I still had an outdated TV should have told you I was not materialistic and did not spoil my child with all that others do!

You people make me sick with your rush to judgement. I know there is people out there that has it worse! I have helped them even when I do not have that much for myself, can you say the same thing? Is it so bad that I wanted something nice for my own
child for a change? I understand people like you may have plenty of money and it is not an issue for you because for one it did not happen to you but also because your children get things all year long not just one or two times a year on special dates. So

Thank you. I hope it will not take long for them to get his fixed. I purchased my son's through Amazon and will contact them Friday when I get home from work and get the process started. It was just that he had looked forward to it for so long and then
to have it not work was so disappointing .
