Worse interface ever designed?

Just trying to play Need for Speed which we bought for our son'r birthday. May I say that the hassle of just getting the game started is really unprecedented? There is the utterly moronic loop from the game sign in, with no option to back out of it. There
is just a blank stare when you try to log in as one person, then - when it doesnt work, you have no choice but to turn the console off and start all over. I even got one screen to sign in to a Microsoft account which was obviously created for a computer screen,
but was showing up on the Xbox, with no way to even select the "create new account" option.

Seriously, and this is from a guy who used to trouble shoot Windows 95 (!!!) the xbox one log in procedure HAS to be the very worst, convoluted, unfriendly interface ever designed by mere mortals. Truly astounding.

It is the normal situation, steam does this too, and publishers love that. so yeah

Here are some things to try:

• uninstall and reinstall the game
• turn off auto log in feature from your xbox settings
• hard reboot: hold power button on xbox Console for 5 seconds or until the console turns off, wait a few minutes, then turn on and sign back in.

If you have feedback for the game interface, I would suggest going to the publisher/developer website for the game and submit the information there, as Microsoft did not develop this game.

Also, is the time correct on your console? Just saw this on the EA server from someone with a similar problem. The could not connect to the EA server with their XBL GT account information. Sounds like a third party game server issue.
