    Worse Customer Support EVER!


    So Xbox is officially has the worse customer service ever!

    On friday the 14th I received an email stating my console was shipped back to me with a tracking #. Since it was friday I waited thru the weekend and on monday i checked the status and the tracking is blank ,so I waited and checked tuesday - still
    nothing, and again today wed - nothing. So I decided to contact customer support as I have multiple times since this whole ordeal started (you can see my original post called "POOR Customer Service! Supports Right hand has no Idea what its Left hand is doing!"
    Anyway the rep told me he had no idea, but since the tracking was posted he figured fed ex had it - they animately deny having it - anyway - the rep went on to make excuses why its been sitting on a dock for 5 days - he even tried to blame the winter weather
    in the northeast (My console is in McAllen TX and Im in Dallas - we didn't get any snow!) but it all finally becomes apparent that customer support will say anything to get you off the line and will tell you anything so they can move onto the next person
    to LIE too! This has been the worse customer support I have ever experienced and I will NOT buy another Microsoft product. I have been a loyal xbox customer for over 10 years and that obviously means exactly nothing to Microsoft. I will not be referring anyone
    to xbox or any other product they have because of the off chance they may need customer support and experience the type of treatment I have experienced. Too bad too since the product when it works is great - but I do believe in Karma and Microsoft will get theirs
    in the end - hopefully in bankruptcy.

    Worse Customer service ever..

    My Brand new Xbox 360 slim had a stuck tray all of the sudden almost a month ago.. Got a hold of Microsoft support and within 5 days they delivered and exchange console. Very happy at the time BUT this replacement lasted only 2 days!!!! Won't read any
    type of disc.. Since then I've been on their case because I've found out that these replacement consoles are refurbished.. WHAT? My Xbox was brand new and now I have to struggle with someone else's crap.. It gets better.. So for over two weeks now I'm stuck
    with this non working console, I spoke with 3 different people on the support team-every single time they promise to either phone me back or e-mail me with answers!! It's like not having a Xbox you paid for and still 9 months left of warranty.. What's the
    point!! Is it worth it!! And then they go on about the new Xbox one.. Maybe you guys at Microsoft should fix current problems first before you start dealing with the future.. I'm not happy and I can't wait till Apple bring out a console.. At least it won't
    be replaced with a refurbished console that only last two days..

    I understand that & it is precisely what I am trying to do now, having finally obtained a number that can be dialed from outside the US. I also understand the need for an investigation if I intend to be reimbursed - after all, I could be faking the whole
    thing. I would even understand if I am not reimbursed, as I have no grounds to blame XBL for the intrusion (although they could surely have helped mitigate it). My point here is that the whole support procedure for such urgent incidents is ineffective and
    absurd. Right now the same person or persons who stole from me could be hacking into other accounts simply because XBL does not assign any urgency to account theft reports, even when they are easily verifiable and coming from a legitimate user. I am not criticizing
    the insurance company; I am criticizing the firemen who won't even consider stepping in and helping put out the fire until you have identified yourself beyond any doubt - and during normal business hours, if you please - as owner of the house.

    I've had them make major mistakes as well. I had to contact them multiple times over the same issue over and over with each time being told this person was going to fix it. FINALLY I sent them my faulty stereo headset and after 6 weeks of problems they sent
    me back a standard headset. That in turn went through person after person who was "going" to right this wrong since nothing happened. Finally after all the promises and mistakes they fixed it. It was honest mistakes made by reps who were sincerely doing their
    best to help. It's their system that's flawed but they do make honest attempts
