    I sent my xbox one to get repaired a week ago and I have been tracking my order all week. Today, my status order says "product shipped to customer", but if I try to track the order it says "No record of this tracking number can be found". This is all
    through FEDEX btw. My address and info is all correct. Did my xbox one end up in the wrong hands after they shipped it back or am I just paranoid? Is today being Sunday and Easter part of the reason why I have not gotten it back yet?

    That happened to me like three times back in the day with Yahoo, so annoying. Never had it happen since I left them though... knock on wood.

    Got the same the other day on my hotmail account. even though i never follow external links or enteredmy details anywhere. Some one got into my account and spammed emails to my address book. Luckily it was not the same account connected to my windows live

    Probably just means that FedEx haven't actually picked the console up yet & scanned the tracking number into their system.

    Although we use UPS here in the U.K. the same thing happened to me.Got the email saying my console had been shipped,the traking number couldn't be found until a day later after UPS had actually collected it.

    I understand what your saying, and I always make sure that when my pointer hover over the link that its going to a site I reconize, mostly the stupid Utube Vids people like to post. And yes my Xbox is set to log on automatically, but seeing as I live alone
    I dont see how that would be a problem.

    I dont see how I could have been phished as I have never given my account info to anyone.Nor do I click on randdom links. I have however followed links that have been posted on these forums. Are you saying that XBox live cannot not protect my account on
    their own forum?
