Worried about the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360 Shutting Down.

Hello Microsoft. I was worried about the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360 Shutting Down Next Year. Is this true? Because someone just posted that your Company is Shutting Down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. If it's true please don't shut down the XBOX LIVE on Xbox360.
There's still a lot of people are playing XBOX LIVE on Xbox 360. Thank you and have a nice day Microsoft Community!

Xbox 360 servers shutting down in 2016 ???

Seriously contemplating creating an 'Live on Xbox 360 is NOT shutting down in 2016' thread. Unless someone wants to beat me to it....

No date has ever been given as to when or if xbox live for the 360 will be shut down.

Considering backwards compatibility on the xbox one it's safe to say live on the 360 isn't going to stop for a long long time yet.

Just to add, to what Daft Badger has already said. When they do make a date, for the servers to be shut down, then they would post it to their blog here:

With all these other sites you see saying "Microsoft Shutting down the 360 servers". This is what we call Fake News. When I blog about something, I always include a source where it came from. Like most other trust worthy sites.

I wouldnt worry about servers being shut down or anything like that considering the Xbox 360 ones are still online. Some game servers may be shut down, but that wont be for a while.
