Worried about my acc after a communication ban

So recently i had gotten a communication ban, this isnt what im worried about and i know why i got it, but while reading it said permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign into xbox 360. And xbox one. Im still able to go online and sign
in but im worried that im going to lose my account, can i have some help.

a player behaves poorly on Xbox Live – whether on an Xbox console or a Windows device, we take it seriously and will ensure any enforcement action applies to their account on each platform. Take a look at
Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
