    Worms WMD will not launch


    My Worms WMD is installed via Xbox Games beta, using the game pass

    When I click to launch the game, literally nothing happens except the following:
    • Launch via Xbox Games - Xbox Games closes, a small wheel spins to indicate loading, then nothing.
    • Launch via start menu - a small wheel spins to indicate loading, then nothing.
    • Launch via start menu as admin - a small wheel spins to indicate loading, then nothing.
    • Launch via windows store - a small wheel spins to indicate loading, then nothing.
    I have - updated windows, updated graphics, updated C++ for both types. I have reinstalled. I have reinstalled in different directory locations. I have restarted. I have googled extensively, tried every step I can find and it still wont launch in any way.

    I can't open the root folder of the game to make any changes either, because of the xbox security settings.

    I believe its a known bug, its happening with other games as well.

    Little bit late to the party on this but have to echo everything Farscape has said. Really enjoying it so far and crafting has given it a nice element, really good simple fun game.
