World War Z Pre-Order failed

I pre-ordered world war z,and now i try to load it since it didnt say pre order,and it says it was refunded.I didnt do it,and no one else has access to my account anymore,(for almost the past month).Is there a way i can somehow take back the refund?Because
the card i bought it with doesnt have any money to pay it with anymore,nor do i have the game.

Thank you for coming to the forums. Unfortunately we do not have the tools or ability to look into account billing issues like this one, so I'll have to refer you to Xbox customer support and talk to a representative over the phone to go over your order
history with you and figure out what happened with your pre-order.
