Thank you for replying back! Just to clarify, where did you purchase the game from? If it was from a third party retailer you may have to go back to them for further assistance. If it was from the Epic Store, you will need to contact Epic
Games support. also, please remember section four of the Forums guidelines, "4) Do not post or use profanity or any creative form of bypassing the word filters. Even if it’s ****** don’t post it."

But why would they release it and then change the way to activate it?

I know 3 other people that have also bought it this way and encountered this issue

So basically i wasted my last 40$ for something i cannot play because the game was released in a different way then normal?

Is there a way to get a refund?

Unfortunately me and my 3 friends didn't buy it directly from the store meaning more then likely a refund isen't valid.

and i guess theirs no way to trade it for a correct format key for whatever the
[Mod Removed - Profanity] "Epic Store" is.
