    World War Z incorrect purchase


    My Friend attempted to purchase for me World War Z Aftermath. The game was previously on Game Pass and we were able to play crossplay, Myself being on PC and my friend(s) on xbox. However, the code that was given to me redeemed as an Xbox only version of the Game. And because it was a redeemed gift code, i cant cancel or return it back to my friend and he cannot request a refund..

    So either im needing a way to give the incorrect version back to the original purchaser, so he can refund and buy the correct version, or somehow get this version converted to the correct format. I do NOT have an xbox, and soley use PC, so as of right now its just stuck to my account without any means of actually playing the game that was purchased.

    Hello Mr, when it says that reddemed the code would be from the game, if so unfortunately it is not possible to get a refund after a code has been redeemed, be it game or subscription.

    As the game has different versions the PC version will have to be acquired.
