World Tour Rings/Awards Tally

After my post to Support yesterday, I noticed later in the day that all my awards had been zeroed-out in my World Tour account. I assumed that meant that you were recalculating based upon my statements. Today, however, I see that they're back, with no
changes. From my perspective, it appears that you are awarding rings EACH TIME a player finishes the 500-point level, 1000-point level, 2000-point level, 3000-point level, 4000-point level, 5000-point level and, for the first time yesterday, the 6000-point
level, as well as each time a player gets a perfect score. You show that I've played in 76 events, and I am positive that I have always reached the 2,000-point level in all events I've played, yet it displays only 74. I don't recall a time when I didn't
reach 3,000 points either (although my recollection could be wrong), yet only 69 rings are showing for that level. The fewest points available to achieve were 3,600, 3,750 or 4,000 on some days, so the 4,000-point rings seem far below my achievements, and
the 5,000-points rings are an even greater number below what I've achieved.

All of these factors would appear to mean that I also should have Challenger rings in EACH of those events for Klondike, Spider, Free Cell, Pyramid and TriPeaks, UNLESS that is based solely on an event having been based on one type of game specifically.
Otherwise, they're extremely low.

Since, as I stated above, I have earned a perfect score in at least 95% of the events in which I've played, the rings for PERFECT SCORE should be in the 60's rather than only 3, which you reflect on my profile page.

If your scoring for awards/rings is totally different in the World Tour than how I've assumed, then I would appreciate it being explained, as I haven't seen any link to set forth how and for what the rings are awarded.

Solitaire World Tour Events

I've just purchased a new laptop. It was preloaded with Microsoft Solitaire Collection, however I no longer have the World Tour Events option. Can you let me know how to add the World Tour??
