    World of Warships Legends DLC Not Appearing


    Hi,

    I purchased and downloaded some DLC both free and paid content through both the xbox store and the in-game store. The money and credits appear but the DLC for the boats like the Texas do not appear in my roster of boats. Is there a trick to making this work? Also got the Transformers dlc stuff but not seeing any of those as well.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that the transaction for these DLCs is completed on your end (applicable only for DLCs you were able to purchase through Microsoft Store). Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    After that make sure that the DLCs are installed by following the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Games > Locate the game highlight > Press the menu button > Go to "Manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon > Scroll down and check the DLCs that need to be installed.

    I really like Forza or World of Warships: Legends. I've liked playing racing games since Need for Speed Underground. I played a lot of World of Tanks and I think World of Warships: Legends is a better game then that.
