The newest update for World of tanks *** ME OVER. it doesn't work and kicks me off my xbox live account everytime I try to play the game..... need help please

I had one major issue among many but would like tob km now if they without letting those willing to spend $50 to buy the is-6 they actually reduced the stats on it and not made it aware of the fact that was done. If so is there any way I can get my money
back?
