    world of tanks. Error when buying gold.


    Hi. Has any one had problems when purchasing gold in the World of tanks store?

    I have tried to buy some gold today, got an error code, didn't download the gold pack, but got a confirmation E-mail from Paypal saying I have been charged for it.

    Heard some one in game saying he'd had the same problem. He was from the U.S.A.

    Help please!!!!!!

    i tried buying gold from world of tanks today and when I hit purchase it said that Xbox live has locked my account from spending. I'm very confused???? Then it said that my 1,250 gold was done downloading, which was weird because it just told me that I
    could buy it. I then got an email for the bill and the worst thing about it is that the gold did not download in world of tanks. It said it downloaded to my Xbox but not world of tanks. I don't understand this?????.......I really need someone's help because
    I feel like I just got scammed by the like worlds richest company.

    Sorry to hear it. What was the error code that you received?

    If you were charged for the item but did not receive it then you should contact phone support for more assistance as only they can deal with billing issues.

    further to the above, I was able to do an in game purchase, ie bought gold on world of tanks game, it seems to just be an issue with buying games from the store, any ideas?
