    World Of Tanks currency I purchased but did not get.


    I was playing world of tanks for xbox 360 when I purchaced a gold package of 6,500 for 29.99. When I went to buy the founder 1 redux tank package

    I saw I was short. So I purchased another gold package of 1,250 for 6.99 to make up the difference. It said it downloaded but it never showed up

    in my pot of currency. I saw that my bank account was charged the 6.99 but I never got the currency. Can someone help me with this?

    I purchased Fury on XBOX Video during the promotion, but did not receive a code for the game add on in World of Tanks.

    Billed for product. Product not given.

    I purchased the 6,500 Gold pack for £19.99 from the World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition Store on Xbox Live. I received the Purchase Confirmation and the £19.99 was taken out of my account but I have not received the product I paid for (In-Game currency for World
    of Tanks). I made the purchase on 8th February 2015 at around 10 PM. I'm not sure of what to do because at this point they're just stealing off of me.

    Same thing just happened to me. Let me know if you find out anything. My only guess is it's a glitch with the new update.

    Ok. I did purchase the whole movie on January 5th, and did not receive a code. Xbox says it is world of tanks, and world of tanks says it is promotions from Xbox. I have the confirmation and copy of my purchases from xbox billing. Who do I need to submit

    also before you say I didn't buy it through the xbox store and it's only available through world of tanks as you have previously stated and showed my a link to the Microsoft store, the revenant bundle was only available for a limited time and if you checked
    or able to check old xbox store add-ons you would see the revenant bundle. I only purchased this bundle through the xbox store due to the freedom rewards missions and if you knew anything about world of tanks you would know you can only purchase tanks/ bundles
    with the game currency gold and therefore it would show up in my xbox account as a gold purchase not an actually bundle
