World of Tanks connection issues

i'm having the same issue as all of you I check my bandwidth on my xbox and I'm showing only 2mdps for downloads and like 1.8 mdps for upload but my computer shows 47mdps for downs and 10mdps for uploads. is there something wrong with my xbox???

 

this forum is pretty much useless for technical issues on WOT as very few users of the game check it .

if you do not find the answer in their forums , the site also has has infos on how to file a ticket with wargaming's customer services , and their are quick to answer and found them helpfull .

Ok so there are 3 xboxs in the hous mine and my 2 friends. 3 different profiles. They are wireless im connected directly to the modem. But i get kicked off live all the time.

 

you might have a profile issue. You can try deleting your profile in your memory (profile only), clearing the cache and re-downloading it. I dunno why it does that but that's what all reps ensure how to fix it.

 

Go to system settings, storage, highlight hard drive, Y to clear cache, just worked for me

and it worked. It is a pain to delete the game etc but it sorted the problem for now.

 

Getting the same here checked everything did the Defragmentation thing with holding the left and right bumpers and the Y button at the same time at the play screen and same thing about two or three games in it locks up and says wot is not Available try back
later but all of my other games work fine on live pissing me off its my number one game besides Need for speed witch works awesome on live with a bunch of people racing at the same time got way more stuff going on and the game moves alot faster and i still
have no problems with it but for the last month nothing but problems with world of tanks hope it straightens it self out soon or i just wont play it anymore so get to work wargames and get it fixed!!!

 

It's happened to me as well. Usually when my wife is streaming a movie and my daughter is playing on her Wii. I have a massive pipeline as well. I just reboot the router and problem goes away. Except for the flak from my wife and daughter !!

I am having issues being dropped in late to games a minute or more. The live connection part of this game I am also have trouble connecting as well. I have cleared my chache and I have faster internet. Please help

 

I found the solution it needed a defragmentation of the world of tanks game was needed. The process is started on the page that displays the sever selections and mini-game. Hold the left and right bumper + the Y button to start the process. I hope this is

I am haven't the same thing I get disconnected every 2nd game this is complete BS

Sign in and on the top right click on "My Tickets" and from there you can fill out the support ticket.

Losing control of my tanks all the time...

1, I have sunk into the ground 2 times (KILLED BY OTHER TEAM)

2, Driven of a cliff 2 times (DEAD)

3, Wont shoot (many times)

4, Driven straight towards the enemy (died 4 times)

5, Wont lock on to a target ( LOTS)

6, Delay on spotting a tank that Im waiting for.. that I know is there and Im waiting to shoot. YES IM DEAD!

Also starting WoT asks me twice to sign in, even though Im signed in.

Have done all fixes listed on WoT like....

1, Sign out, delete profile(just profile) not Items, delete cache three times, turn off, restart, load profile and start game.

2, Defrag game at start page ( pressing left and right bumbers and Y together)

3, Delete game and download again.

4, check internet provider
