World of Tanks connection issues

When i play WoT it periodically freezes and kicks me out of the game, i get about 3 games in before it kicks me. When it does it says "A connection to xbox live is required to play the game. Please reconnect to xbox live to continue." WoT is the only game
that it kicks me off out the game, all other games work fine. This is just really frustrating, any help would be appreciated.

World of Tanks Download Issues

The beta key would have given you access to participate in the pre-release beta test. If you still have WoT in your download history you can try to log in but I am not sure it will work. It is my understanding that a Gold membership is required to launch
the game.

Having trouble with my world of tanks in game gold purchase it still says i have no gold need help asap

 

I get the same thing. I also can't hear anyone talk in game either. I'm not even in party chat. I'm in game chat.

 

Double check all your down load statuses and anything in your hard drive with a yellow (!) just erase it! Your xbox will start working better, possibly to include the connection problems... If not check your router, it may be outdated or not compatible
with your modem...you might not be getting enough signal.

 

I have looked thru all my hard drive and there is nothing with a yellow (!)... cleared my system cache and reset the network setting to the default setting and still no help. As far as my connection im hardwired straight to the gateway modem.

 

I have been getting the same thing for about a week now. Its not my connection or any thing like that. In my 360 system settings I ran the connection test and it keeps popping up matchmaking service alert. The crappy thing is I had just got more premium
the last time it was working and now that is wasted time and money for that because I cannot play the damn game. When is this gonna be resolved its very annoying. All of my other games run fine.

I erased wot and tried to rredownloaded it and when I try to play it. I'm going through the in game downloading . As it downloading the game error pops up and says this disc is unreadable and I'm like what disc. There's no disc

 

Same problem as all of you have mentioned no problems with my system or anything else on my end. But the big question is how come Xbox has given you guys any answers to the problem. Shouldn't there at least be the courtesy of a reply to the issue. Especially
since you're paying for it. I see their service alert but according to that I see nothing addressing this title at all.

 

my only problem is that when im trying to join a game it either takes me 30seconds to 1minute to connect and my router is good and my memory isn't corrupt do you guys have any suggestions as to what I do

 

I'm still seeing no answers here on this thread. However, I went directly to the WOT website where you'll at least get a reply to your question. As for the game and the service alert issue which is controlled by the XBOX Live folks. I see others that are
able to play the game. So at this point it's beginning to look as if certain users are not being allowed to get on. And these are users that haven't broken any terms of agreement just people that want to enjoy their favorite titles. I'm beginning to feel
as if i'm not getting what I paid for. An I don't even play that much. But what good is a forum if you don't even take the time to respond to your customers. At a time when Online Reputation is important to a company or businesses success. A company must
follow through with the services that you claim or advertise to provide. Professionally I'm a marketing major an while I'm not disgruntled yet a pattern is emerging with your Xbox Forums. No urgency or attention to timely follow up. This definitely needs
to improve or your users will lose faith in this format. Come on Xbox I know you're better than this. Your service alert needs to be updated. Nothing has been posted since Jul 8 2014. Today is Jul 13 2014 an some of your customer base is losing faith
in your services.

This happened to me a couple weeks back. Game freezes. So then hard boot the xbox. Then log back in. Then go back to tanks. Then it loads you back into same game. One time my tank was parked at the red boundary line on the map. I got 7 kills and won
the game when all said and done.

 

Same thing for me. Disconnected from xbox live every second,third world of tanks game... Some one knows whats the problem?

 

if you read up over at the official forums they will tell you to delete and re-download the game, it works for some people. I had the freezing bit, tried cache clearing with no effect, but once they took a couple of the maps out on the rotation that freezing
bit went away. the lost connection bit, I'd say reset your routers and maybe delete and re-DL again because they update this game almost weekly and sometimes that process doesn't always work as planned, a missing packet or 2 can kill you depending on what
came up missing within the program.

the game is pretty cool though, and we can always use a few more players so hopefully you guys can get it worked out and join the game...
