Workshop

Hello,

Am very upset because here in saudi arabia we do not have an official workshop for check the xbox controller.

I called them outside KSA and I explained to them that the controller does not connect to the console and i tried to use other controllers with negative results.

Finally they advised to send the controller to other side of the world to check the controller and waste time and for sure waste money because i'm sure the problem is from the console.

We need a local dealer or agency to deal with it and do the maintenance.

Its not possible that we have a hundreds of thousands users here in Saudi Arabia and we do not have a local official workshop.

Also i'm very disappointed the the agent doesn't discover the issue and it was very clear.

Thank you MICROSOFT i'm using the controller cable now ( which is not included in the box).

Fallout 4 DLC

A few months ago I bought wasteland workshop/ contraptions and it says I bought both but I only got wasteland workshop in the game. What should I do?

 

Can I download mods on the xbox one?

Wish Xbox 1 had a workshop like steam.

 

There might be radio wave interference preventing the wireless signal from reaching the XBOX, main causes I know of are... microwaves, electromagnetic fields and other electrical equipment that can interfere with wireless communication like big speakers,
aeroplanes and much more if left in range of the console. Some routers can broadcast a powerfull signal that can block communications, radio broadcast towers, mobile phone towers, signal jammers the list could go on. I would say that this could be the cause
of the problem.

Will your controller connect wirelessly to another XBOX?

Does your mobile get a strong signal?

Theres so much to explore...

I would definatly check for interference.

Saying this I actually dont know how to connect the controller wirelessly and I use a good cable to ensure the best possible connection as I want the best connection and thats achieved with a cable. So yeah, I think the cable is better so I bought a non
wireless unnoficial XB1 controller and it responds better than the official controller with a 2 meter cable and a better true 8way dpad, the only down side is the LT RT buttons are not as sensitive as an official controller and quite believably they only last
a few months before the buttons break so nothings perfect.
