working microsoft account not login into minecraft for windows (xbox live error), but...

We have recovered the Microsoft account but we cant login to the Xbox live account from the Microsoft account since the hacking. If we try to login to Xbox live from the Minecraft window, it gives us an error code, and if we try to login through the Microsoft email account then it tells us this,

'Why can’t I change my privacy settings?

Note If you’re seeing this page, you were redirected here because you couldn’t change your privacy and online safety settings.

This is likely due to two reasons:

• You’re using a child account that’s a member of an Xbox family group
  
• You’re using an adult account that’s set as a member of an Xbox family group'
  

to answer your question simply, we cannot log in to the minecraft account.

In order for the login to work, I believe you need to have created a Gamertag on Xbox Live using your Microsoft Account in order to link your accounts and play Minecraft on PS4 using your Microsoft account. This allows
content you purchase in-game to save to the account and travel with you if you decide to play Minecraft Bedrock version on another device.

If you are having login issues, you need to make sure that you have an Xbox Live Gamertag (Xbox Live profile) made with your Microsoft Account by logging into https://account.xbox.com/ or
any of the Xbox apps on Windows 10 PCs or mobile devices. Once you have a Gamertag made, restart Minecraft and try logging in again with your Microsoft Account that now has an Xbox Live Gamertag associated with the account.

What error does it give you when you try to login to the account using the Games for Windows LIVE client? And have you made sure to check the Windows Live ID that you are using to login to your XBOX Live account on the console and checked it with the Games
for Windows LIVE account your trying to login to?
