Work at Used Video Game Store; Need to reset XB360's without PC

I work at a mom&pop type pawn store that's more specifically a used video game store. We have a ton of XBox 360 consoles that have been shoved aside because we cannot factory reset them due to the parental controls being on.

We've since required that people selling us their consoles give us the pass-code but there are still a large quantity of Xbox 360's we can't sell because they have personal info and accounts on them.

After searching high and low for ages and being given dead end pranks like the "L2; RT; X; Y; LB; RB; X; X; Up; Down" Konami Code type crap for the System Info screen; I can't find a solution other than "Call Microsoft". But upon calling Microsoft they offer
to send me a text with a link to their website where you will wait in a chat room until the aliens come and exhume your petrified remains for research before actually getting to talk to a person to do the password reset.

TLR, Is there a way to force-reset XBox 360's?

Problems streaming videos from PC (WMP) to XB1, same videos play on 360 fine

Why does XB1 have a much harder time playing videos/movies from my PC than my XB360?

I have a collection of movies and videos that I stream to the XB media player from my PC (Windows Media Player streaming). XB1 has problems with many videos/movies that work perfectly fine on the XB360. I notice the larger the file size, the worse the XB1
handles them. Some videos stutter so badly they are completely unwatchable. Again, the exact same videos play just fine on the 360..

*For reference: Both XB1/XB360 are on the exact same wired network as my PC and both test very fast with the network tester so my network/connectivity/bandwidth is not the problem.

hi, I have a Xbox one s. It started to do reset when I play a video. Ok I stat the console without any problem, I play all my games without problems as much time I want but!!! When I play some video la YouTube , Netflix , Blu-ray app or even watch a trailers
in the store. The console send to de screen like fake pixels like lines, blocks of pixel on anther color and them the Xbox fall in hard reset and restarting all the console like pressing the Xbox bottom for ten seconds. I made all kinds of updates and reset
like factory reset and nothing work. I can’t see any video on my Xbox. Even the support doesn’t have any idea. Any help ??? Thanks

 

Only Support can issue a reset code based on the serial number of the console. I would also be very surprised if they have the ability to do more than one at a time so multiple chats may be needed

Parental Safeguards for Xbox Live and Your Xbox 360 Console

 

Contact Xbox Support and see if they can track down an Xbox Support number for businesses to contact...there used to be a number available but I'm not sure if that's been changed or if its no longer in use
