    Hi,

    Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, I'm struggling to find an answer.

    I have the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games app installed on my Windows 11 laptop and enjoy playing Wordament, Sudoku and Mahjong. When the app told me that I could also play these games on my phone I was very pleased and duly downloaded them. However, on my phone everything starts again at level 1. The Windows app and the Android app are both signed in to my Xbox account and both say they're synced, but progress on one device is not reflected on the other.

    I only have a free Xbox account - I don't have an Xbox!

    What might I be doing wrong?

    Microsoft Sudoku Can't Log In Android

    Problem has been going on for over a year.
    I have never been able to long in with my Xbox account to sudoku, but i have been able to log into Solitaire, Wordament and Mahjong
    I have uninstall, reinstalled, cleared cache, deleted data, reset phone, also got a new phone but unrelated and waited for an update in the play store to try.
    They are, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 13.

    Why has MS Solitaire Collection stopped working on Android?

    It's now July 19th and I've the issue since this morning, both with Solitaire and Mahjong, Sudoku still works, oddly.

    Has anyone found an actual solution to the problem that doesn't involve wiping data?

    On Android phone, BTW.

    There is a few games available for Android that will give you gamerscore. Wordament, solitaire collection, and Age of Empires Castle siege. Just check in the playstore under Microsoft.

    No XBox login.

    Same problem here. Only Sudoku. Can still connect for Solitaire, Minesweeper and Mahjong
