wordament problem

Discus and support wordament problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Wordament would not load. Have now lost all my games as it has gone back to the beginning.     Wordament would not load. Have now lost all my games as it has gone back to the beginning. This is the second time I've had bother and last time I paid for the premium subscription hoping that would maybe help. Sorry I did that. I would appreciate any help

    AlphaJax server unavailable

    I'm having the same problem with alphajax but I'm also having a problem with wordament and smart glass. Perhaps it's an Xbox live problem. Wordament help said my live account may have fallen out of sync with the servers and to do nothing for 4 hours and
    it should fix itself. Don't know if this helps anyone, hope it does.

    Hey there HyperTadpole715.

    Unfortunately if you've started a new game after losing the save there isn't a way to get those back. When you have trouble loading the game do you get a particular error message?

    Microsoft multiplayer Wordament

    I too am having the same problem, connecting from an iPhone 8. I am authenticated by Xbox, but then bounced with "Disconnected from Wordament". Wordament themselves are useless. Have not responded to any messages on their Facebook page. As usual, nobody
    seems to be in charge around here, or taking any kind of ownership of the problem. Many players of multiplayer Wordament are having this problem. No-one at Microsoft seems to give two hoots.

    PLEASE Investigate.

    Microsoft multiplayer Wordament

    Same problem. Began playing Wordament in 2016. I began getting the “You have been disconnected from Wordament. Please check your connection and try again.” About two weeks ago when trying to log onto multiplayer. I have no connection problems in any other
    app.
