Discus and support Wordament - italian server in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi I play Wordament daily.     Wordament - italian server


    Hi

    I play Wordament daily. From Sundy 02 July 2023 it is no longer possible to connect to the italian server. A connection error appears: "Sign-in Failed - Could not sign-in to Wordament services".

    It happens that I am able to enter but at the end of the game I'm disconnected from the server.

    The English, French and others services work perfectly.

    I sign-out and sign-in. I tried difference phones. The problem persists.

Since this is a server issue, as much as we would love to help here in the community, it would be best if you directly contact the Microsoft Casual Games Support as they have the right tools and resources to investigate your issue properly on their end.     XBOX live language

    If your account or 360 is Italian, it will automatically go Italian when you connect to Italian LIVE Services.

    I'm pretty sure you can change your console's "location" to the UK, so you can use European Servers but get LIVE in English. Or change your language of your Account and 360 to English.

    Can't sign into Wordament with Win 8.1 phone.

    Maybe the Wordament server is the issue. On Xbox.com site there is a notice (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status) that there were problems with Xbox although it didn't specifically
    mention Wordament. Unless there is another solution, we'll have to wait it out.

    I'm having the same problem with alphajax but I'm also having a problem with wordament and smart glass. Perhaps it's an Xbox live problem. Wordament help said my live account may have fallen out of sync with the servers and to do nothing for 4 hours and
    it should fix itself. Don't know if this helps anyone, hope it does.
