    Hello Wordament's staff,

    I am hunter achievement and completionist so you all can understand my frustrating situation before I explain my issue:

    - I have installed app Wordament in my iPhone 4;

    - I tried today to login using my credentials xbox live for play Wordament but It is still not working.

    I hope someone can help me to figure out that bad issue.

    That is blocking my attempts to unlock my last three achievements, that is frustrating me very much.

    I don't know if someone had same experience and solved it.

    Wordament not syncing from plan on another device

    IRB is correct with this. The Android/iOS versions do not sync with the PC version of Wordament.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games
    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

    The only iOS game that gives you achievements is wordament.

    Hi, on the official
    Wordament Facebook page    , they've updated as of February 27, 2020 that the multiplayer issue is resolved for Android users, but on iOS, a fix is still in progress. I'm on iOS and also getting the same error message currently regarding internet disconnection.

    I'd advise monitoring the Wordament Facebook page for further updates and reaching out to them there for any additional technical support if your device's is listed as resolved but you're still having issues. Hope this helps!
