    Wordament Daily Challenge fails to load -iPad iOS 12.3.1


    i am attempting to run the Wordament daily challenge. I am logged in with my Microsoft password, I have a good internet cnnection. App says “loading”, then says “syncing your data with the cloud”, then displays the “Play” button, all of which is normal.
    But when I push “play”, the app just closes. I have restarted my device several times. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Still can’t open the daily challenge.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your challenges to load. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. Seeing as Wordament is categorized as a Microsoft Casual Game, I would refer to

    their forums     for resolution.

    Their automated system does not understand the app is running on an iPad.
