    So, I need some help since Xbox Support wasn't that useful and told me to go here. I recieved a code from Xbox Rewards and I've accidentally activated a code on the wrong account and want to find a way to get it on the account i want

    I've accidentally redeemed a Xbox $30 card on my secondary account while trying to buy a $24.99 and $9.99 shark card for GTAV

    Since the code has already been redeemed, phone/chat support would be the only ones who could do anything if possible. You would need to try to contact them again, but nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    Having trouble adding child's account to 360.

    Okay, turns out this was an issue with the child profile being disabled for "suspicious activity." Logged into the account and it cleared up immediately.
