    Hello CorruptedPIGx,

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. For assistance with account issues, you should contact Xbox support, such as at (Contact Us | Xbox Support). Furthermore, we see that you are not a
Xbox Live Rewards member, with no codes assigned to your gamertag from our program, so that code was not from our program.

Since the code has already been redeemed, phone/chat support would be the only ones who could do anything if possible. You would need to try to contact them again, but nothing can be transferred between accounts.

Having trouble adding child's account to 360.

Okay, turns out this was an issue with the child profile being disabled for "suspicious activity." Logged into the account and it cleared up immediately.

    Woopsie.
