    soi just got a new xbox ones s ... for 48 hours i have been trying to do my initial startup update . everytime it gets 30 percent in it turns it self off and starts the update all over again can anyone help me ??????

    nothing is working, all my games are downloaded, please fix this before I go insane

    downloaded battlefield 4 yesterday and wont work. Continually saying loading. Anyone else have same problem and ideas of how to fix it?

    That sucks. Sorry to hear that. If it was me, I'd get a replacement from the retailer as it may be indicative of a greater problem, however, you can try the offline update option. Details here: -

    Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates

    You'll need a Windows PC to download the update and a USB stick that's at least 4GB in size.

    I'm guessing that the OP has a problem with one game, but all others are working fine? If that is the case, there is no need to send the console be repaired. Did the console cause the scratch?

    If the game loads up to the certain point, it may be possible to borrow a friends copy or a rental, install that to the hard drive and then use your game disc to launch it. Otherwise you're going to have to purchase the game again.
