    Won't update


    ok so first of the borders on my Xbox didn't fit my screen, i tried a lot of things but long story short I reset my Xbox.. then halfway through the process of setting it up again it froze, when I turned it back on it came up with the message "there was a
    problem with the update with 3 options underneath saying "try again" whichever doesn't do anything then check connection which after I complete it says I'm connected but still brings me back to the same screen. And finally the option to turn off Xbox. None
    of these work so I'm stuck on the screen and can't do anything... plz help

    Won't Update !

    I fixes it! I had to instill the game (not my saved Data thankfully) and reinstall it! As soon as I turned it on it said it again but then went into the game finally! Hope this works for you as well. I guess a ton of us that were playing when the update
    came through had the same problem!

    It started doing it to me today too, I Tried the same thing..hope someone has an answer and fix. The last time I played was this morning and it dropped me from a game. When I tried playing later It started the update restart loop.. My other multiplayer games
    work fine.

    Is your internet connection to xbox via wifi or wired?

    Try cable internet straight from your modem.

    These things happen sometimes. Have you tried resetting the console?

    Reset Xbox One

    Try the soft reset first which is “Reset and keep my games & apps“ and see if that helps fix the issue for you.

    Hope this helps and let me know how you get on.
    This does not work for me I still have the issue mine sometime wount turn on and sit on the trouble **** screen
