    Xbox wont update past 73%

    I'm trying to factory reset my Xbox one but it gets up to 73% it goes to the start up screen and it's saying my wireless hardware is broken and it needs to go in through repair. I think its because it won't finish. Any help?

    You tried a hard reset?

    Hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off,unplug it from the mains for a few minutes,then plug it back in & switch your console on.
