    Hi guys I need some help, iv been stuck on this for quite awhile now, tried hard reset power cycling and rebooting but I always end up getting stuck here. Anyone knows what to do?

    Is your internet connection to xbox via wifi or wired?

    Try cable internet straight from your modem.

    These things happen sometimes. Have you tried resetting the console?

    I have created a link to support page below to explain how to do this.

    Reset Xbox One

    Try the soft reset first which is “Reset and keep my games & apps“ and see if that helps fix the issue for you.

    Hope this helps and let me know how you get on.
    This does not work for me I still have the issue mine sometime wount turn on and sit on the trouble **** screen
