    Won't Update


    I just bought the XboxOne yesterday. Turned it on to do the start-up update. I get an error message "There was a problem with the update". I tried the internet connection, it's fine. I don't have a USB cord or drive to do the offline diagnostics. Is there
    anything else I can do? I've been at this for a few hours, been waiting for over 40 minutes alone to chat with a rep. I'm getting really frustrated!!

    I fixes it! I had to instill the game (not my saved Data thankfully) and reinstall it! As soon as I turned it on it said it again but then went into the game finally! Hope this works for you as well. I guess a ton of us that were playing when the update
    came through had the same problem!

    It started doing it to me today too, I Tried the same thing..hope someone has an answer and fix. The last time I played was this morning and it dropped me from a game. When I tried playing later It started the update restart loop.. My other multiplayer games
    work fine.

    Is your internet connection to xbox via wifi or wired?

    Try cable internet straight from your modem.

    These things happen sometimes. Have you tried resetting the console?

    Reset Xbox One

    Try the soft reset first which is “Reset and keep my games & apps“ and see if that helps fix the issue for you.

    Hope this helps and let me know how you get on.
    This does not work for me I still have the issue mine sometime wount turn on and sit on the trouble **** screen
