    WONT UPDATE MY PROFILE PICTURE


    I have recently installed the Xbox app, I downloaded it to change my profile picture, I’ve changed it before but I wanted to change it to dva from Overwatch (sutible) and it will not change it says we’ve verified it, but it won’t change, I’ve tried chaning
    it to different photos but it’s the same, please respond ASAP many thanks

    Impossible to put my custom gamerpic

    i have the same problem, i tried changing it with my PC, Phone & an External USB Flash Drive and it still wont Update my Profile Picture.

    yesterday, I have downloaded the new update for my console. after I have downloaded the update, in my profile the pictures of my achievements and games wont show and some of them come after a while. please help me to fix this.

    Hello, on my enforcement.xbox.com/home page my picture shows a redheaded male. I have updated the picture (avatar) of me which is a the complete opposite. On my xbox one console and
    account.xbox.com/.../Profile page the picture is changed but on my enforcement page it wont. Please help. Ps I am on xbox one only no 360.
