Wont turn on

    Wont turn on


    So I did the 1st step I read on here hold button for 10 seconds and then unplug for 5 minutes I did that turned back on xbox and it has been 15 minutes so far and it just turned to the black screen but does not show anything

    Hello,

    You are trying to reset the Xbox One? Make sure that all the plugs are plugged in the back of your TV and into the Xbox One. Make sure everything is powered on and then turn on your Xbox one. Make sure also that the TV/Video is on correct also (HDMI 1,2,3,
    etc). Sometimes the Xbox will be on but be on the wrong TV/Video Channel. Hope this helps.

    Have you unplugged the power supply from the power outlet? If not, try this and wait about 1 minute to plug it back in and try again.
