    Won't take my credit card and security numbers.


    I'm trying to pay for a year's membership for the Premium Solitaire. it keeps saying invalid number for both the card number and the security code. I tried two cards with the same result. Both cards are active. this is the first time I have tried using
    them on this computer.

    You’ll usually need to either update your existing credit card or provide a new credit card for payment. Because of security risks and to protect your personal information (credit card numbers) this will need to be done through Phone Support (1-800-4MY-XBOX),
    The agent you talk to can verify your information and can take down the new card information and restore the account for you.

    The point of Paypal is an extra layer of security for your credit card. In short terms, you still need a credit card, but all the numbers are protected by a paypal transaction.
