Won't sync my profile

When I enter a game it says "syncing data profile" but it will say "We Couldn't get your last saved data" and will tell me to play offline. It does this for every game. I tried to disconnect from the Internet, restart my xbox, re download my profile but
nothing will work. I also do have gold. I checked the Internet speed from the xbox and it's way more that fast enough to let me play online. What should I do?

Achievements won't load into game

My achievements and progress won't load into the game! It show's outside the game on my xbox and in my profile. How do I get the game and profile to sync back up?

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Thank you for providing the steps you've taken so far. What games are you trying to play that you are running into this issue with? Is your console connected using a wireless or wired connection? If you're using a wireless,
can you try a wired connection to see if that changes anything?

If that doesn't do the trick. you may want to try
reinstalling the games that are giving you issues. Give that shot and if none of that works, the next thing to try is going to be a

factory reset so hopefully it doesn't come to that.
