Won't stay logged on to Xbox Live after Xbox One update Thursday

Since we updated our console on Wednesday we cannot get logged into Xbox live. It will log in for a short time but then log off. We have gone through all of the options the error code suggested. We have removed our accounts and re added them. Checked our
wireless connection, reset the console to factory setting and reinstalled the accounts. Still the same thing. We have gotten it to work a few times, but if only for a short time. Suggestions?

Anyone know when more beta product keys will be available?

Microsoft only updates xbox live every tuesday and thursday so the ad being on the dash no its not helping being on there but since they put it on thursday it was there to stay til at least tuesday. if it was my idea put it up on tuesday take it down on
thursday

 

Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...

I've had the Xbox One since Thursday night, and just today an issue started where whenever I plug in the headset, after a couple of minutes the controller turns off on its own and won't stay on. If I unplug the headset, the controller works fine. Anyone
know what's going on?

Thank you for your post and sorry for the delay in replying to you. It keeps that your console is having a software issue if non of the recommended suggestions are not working, it may be worth Getting you Xbox One serviced which you can find out by clicking

here which Xbox will be able to test your console for any Software or Hardware issues and have them resolved.

Sorry to hear about all the connection trouble! Have you by chance tried resetting your network by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnecting? It sounds like you've performed most steps on the Xbox One side of things.
