    When I press the on button it flashes green but nothing else happens.

    Won't start

    Tattle won't start on my Surface Pro4. This has been going on for the entire month of December. It open the first screen. But never progresses to the login screen

    A little more information might give us a chance to help.

    What model of 360 do you have?

    Is it the central green light or one of the quarter lights that flashes?

    Do you get any display on your TV?

    What colour is the LED on the power pack?

    Because of the way most consoles are built, there is really nothing you can do from a loop like that. my suggestion is contact support at

    Explain the situation in as much detail as possible and they may have a solution but as of right now it seems you are software locked between updates and errors, because its a closed system there really isn't much anyone can do outside of Microsoft technician
    support.

    Try clearing the cache of your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game.
