    Won’t sign into account


    I can’t log into my account unless I disconnect my Xbox from the internet. I have tried a hard reset and tried that stupid “virtual assistant” that they have. I just want to talk to a real person.

    Account login problems on Xbox

    As of recently I tried logging into my account and it prompted I get a parent/guardian to sign despite me being in no families/account under 18. The only account available to sign in for me was my own account, and upon putting in my password it sends me
    back into the parent/guardian sign in screen

    TL;DR: Endless parent/guardian logins on own account won’t let me login
