    Won't sign in


    For the past couple of days my live account hasn't been signing in properly. Today it let me on for half an hour before signing me out. I've ran the connection tests and it says everything is working fine. I then go to sign in and it says try again in a
    couple of minutes. I have tried again in a couple of minutes and it hasn't worked. I've also reset the router which the xbox is picking up a strong signal of. Any other ideas?

    Won't sign in

    Its ok, I have fixed the problem. Apparently my xbox can't download a game and be signed in to xbox live at the same time. Maybe due to poor internet connection I have at the moment. I thought I'd post this just in case some other poor souls with rotten
    internet have the same troubles.

    Xbox Live wont let me sign in

    Xbox one won't let me sign in at all on any profiles at all and it doesn't pop up any errors and when I click on my account to sign in it won't do anything it just goes back to the home and won't sign in.

    Jigsaw won't sign in

    Having the same problem and same dialogue box when I attempt to sign in. Logged in the through the Xbox app and STILL got the same dialogue box when attempting to play jigsaw from within the app. Just the spinning wheel of nothingness.... Jigsaw is obviously
    not syncing since the recent update.

    The Microsoft Account Site? You may want to consider changing your password
    How to change your Microsoft account password to make sure your account is securely under your control.

    We also recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Casual Game Community forum to see if there are any applicable solutions there, or post to
    see if a member of the community may have one. In regard to the message that you included in your post, it seems as if the item you're attempting to purchase in-game is no longer available so you may wish to choose a different item to proceed.

    Our Microsoft Casual Games FAQ page also contains some great troubleshooting solutions to try, as well as some alternative ways to
    contact the Jigsaw community near the bottom of the page.

    Try the troubleshooting and let us know the results.

    I too have tried uninstalling the game. I have tried logging into xbox. I keep getting error messages. I am so glad I'm not the only one having issues. I'm about to go batty. I love my puzzles, but I cannot even open any of my packs as they are not even
