wont sign in to profiles, play games or go to dashboard

It could be an issue with the hard drive. Can you please take it out then put it back in to make sure it's seated properly?

ok so far so good, i set it back to auto sign in and so far its signed me in everytime (about 4 times since change to auto sign in)

so will see how it goes, but its looking good.

its funny such a daft problem with such an easy fix.

Set it to sign-in automatically and you shouldn't have this issue. Something is wrong with the update if you don't have it set to sign-in automatically, you end up in an endless load screen 90% of the time. At least thats the case for me.

To set your profile to sign in automatically,



1. Press the Guide Button on the center of your controller.



2. Go over to the Settings
Blade.



3. Select Profile.



4. Scroll down and select Sign-in Prefrences.



5. Set Profile Auto Sign-in to
On.



After you have done that test to see if it is woking and letting the dashboard load up correctly on power up.
